By accessing or using BoltFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BoltFlow.

BoltFlow is a personal productivity and task management platform that provides tools for task organisation, time tracking, AI-assisted workflows, and related features. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@boltflow.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by BoltFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant BoltFlow a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BoltFlow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
